Shipping
When will my order arrive?

Processing time: Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing due to the high demand and exclusivity of our products.

Delivery timeframes: Standard delivery takes approximately 10–13 business days. Express delivery (if available at checkout) takes 5–8 business days.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

In case of returns, delivery fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
When should I receive my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are issued within 3–5 business days after processing.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide at no additional cost.
Note: International orders may be subject to customs duties or VAT according to the local regulations of the destination country.

How do I place an order?
Simply add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You’ll be asked for:

How can I be sure my order was received?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive:

An order confirmation email with your order number.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched.
Can I change or cancel my order?

You may adjust quantities or remove items before placing your order.

Once your order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact our support team immediately if you need assistance.
How can I use a coupon code?
If you have a discount code, simply enter it at checkout. The discount will be applied to your order total automatically.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the Cavendish Club Return/Exchange Policy?
We offer a 30-day guarantee after delivery on all products.
Conditions:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted.

Refund requests beyond 30 days from delivery are not eligible.
Refund Values:

Unopened boxes: 100% refund (excluding shipping costs).

Opened boxes: 85% refund (excluding shipping costs, with 15% deducted for restocking).

Damaged or incomplete items: Partial refunds or rejection may apply.
Defective or Damaged Products:

If your item arrives defective or damaged, send us a photo or video of the issue. Upon approval, we will provide a 100% refund plus a prepaid return label.
Exchanges:
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at cavendish@clubcavendish.com for assistance.
